説明
RH850/P1Mマイコンは、低消費電力であり、最大2 MBのフラッシュメモリと最大128 KBのRAMのラインアップを持ち、機能拡張したモータ制御用タイマ、CAN インターフェース、SENTやPSI5のセンサ用デジタルインタフェースや、CPUロックステップ機能、ECC、自己診断回路(BIST)、エラーコント ロールモジュール(ECM)などの安全機能を持っており、シャシー制御に最適です。また、オプションでハードウェアセキュリティモジュール(ICU-S) を搭載します(2MB製品のみ)。
