概要
説明
ISL85413は、入力範囲が3.5V～40Vの300mA同期整流式降圧レギュレータです。このレギュレータは、さまざまな用途に適用できる、簡単操作で高効率、・低BOMカウントのソリューションを提供します。ハイサイドとローサイドの両方のNMOS FETを内蔵し、軽負荷時の効率を向上させるPFMモードを備えています。 強制PWMモードが必要な場合、この機能をオフにすることもできます。 デバイスはデフォルトの周波数700kHzで切り替わります。 両方のNMOSデバイスを統合し、内部構成を提供することにより、必要な外付け部品が最小限に抑えられ、BOM数と設計の複雑さが軽減されます。
