RH850/P1M-Eマイコンは、実績のあるRH850/P1Mシリーズの後継品として、CAN-FD対応を追加した製品です。RH850/P1M-EはRH850/P1Mシリーズと同様、ASIL-D安全レベルに対応したシステムのために設計されており、CPUロックステップ機能、ECC、自己診断回路(BIST)など、数々の安全機能を持っております。SENTのセンサ用デジタルインタフェースなど様々なインターフェースに加えて、ハードウェアに専用セキュリティモジュール(ICU-S)を搭載しており秘密鍵など機密データを保護します。低消費電力のため、現代の自動車分野のECUのエネルギー効率要求に最適です。
