概要
説明
BLDC/PMSM向けGaNベースのモータ駆動パワーステージシステムは、多様な最終アプリケーションやシステムレベルの要件に対応するため、さまざまなアーキテクチャを用意しています。
- 3.3kW アイソレーテッドモータドライブシステム:最大400Vの電圧と最大3.3kWの出力に対応 HVACシステム、ヒートポンプ、その他完全に絶縁されたソリューションを必要とする高出力用途に最適です。
- 1kW 非絶縁モーター駆動システム:最大100Vの電圧と最大1kWの出力に対応 UAVやドローンなど、より小さな材料表 (BOM) やコンパクトなフォームファクタを必要とするスペース制約のある用途に最適です。
パワーステージはインバータ、絶縁ゲートドライバ、センシング、保護、補助電源機能を統合し、モータ制御アルゴリズムやパルス幅変調 (PWM) 生成は外部のモータ制御プロセッサボード上で実行されます。
インバータ段はSuperGaN® FETを三相ブリッジトポロジで実装し、各スイッチは制御領域と電力領域間のガルバニック絶縁を提供する絶縁ゲートドライバによって駆動されます。 電流測定、位相電圧監視、温度フィードバック、位置センサ、ホールセンサ、その他の診断信号がアイソレーションアンプを介して処理基板に伝達され、包括的なシステム保護と監視が可能となります。
