説明

RZ/A3ULは、リアルタイム性に優れるRTOS(リアルタイムオペレーティングシステム)の利点を生かしながら、最大動作周波数1GHzの64ビットArm® Cortex®-A55コア搭載による高性能化が可能になります。シンプルでコンパクトな基板設計が可能なOctal-SPIメモリインタフェース(I/F)を搭載しました。加えて、高速DRAMを接続できるよう、DDR3L/DDR4メモリI/Fを搭載した製品もラインアップしました。

RTOSは高速起動が可能なため、産業機器や家電、OA機器の液晶ディスプレイや操作パネル、音響機器やPOS端末などにおいて、電源投入後1秒未満での高速起動を容易に実現します。
