概要
説明
この絶縁型モータドライブパワーステージは、GaN技術を採用し、最大約3kWまでの高性能モータドライブアプリケーションに対応しています。 インバータ、絶縁型ゲートドライブ、センシング、保護、および補助電源機能を統合し、高効率な電力変換と制御ドメイン／電力ドメイン間の堅牢な絶縁を実現します。
インバータステージは、SuperGaN FETを三相ブリッジ構成で採用し、電流測定、相電圧モニタリング、温度センシング、位置センサ入力およびホールセンサ入力などの保護機能とフィードバック機能を内蔵しています。 これらの入力信号は絶縁アンプを介して外部のモータ制御プロセッサに伝送され、アプリケーションに特化した制御アルゴリズムの実装やPWM生成を柔軟に行うことが可能です。

- 既存のモータ制御ソフトウェア資産を再利用でき、将来的なルネサスのモータ制御プラットフォームへの移行にも対応
