Description

The RAA808013 is a SOT23-6 single-channel DC/DC synchronous buck regulator. To cover 2.7V ~ 5.5V input rail and 3A loading applications, the regulator requires a high switching frequency to minimize inductor size, improve transient response performance, and improve light-load efficiency. The regulator is designed with constant on-time (COT) IP to improve transient response performance and pulse-frequency modulation (PFM) to improve light load efficiency. Simplify the BOM number without compensation. The RAA808013 is available in a 6-pin 2.9mm x 2.8mm SOT23-6 package.
