TOPS, or trillions of operations per second, is a key AI performance metric. However, such high operation levels consume power and generate heat, making performance-per-Watt (TOPS/W) a critical measure of power and thermal efficiency in hardware.

Our RZ/V MPUs deliver best-in-class TOPS/W performance, reaching up to 10 TOPS/W. This eliminates the need for external cooling fans, reducing BOM size and costs while maintaining high-performance AI functionality.
