High-Performance Human Machine Interface (HMI) System

Overview

This versatile system features a system on module (SoM) design that reduces overall complexity and cost. The integrated and tested SoM includes a high-performance RZ MPU, enabling the creation of graphical human machine interfaces (HMIs) capable of driving multiple displays at up to 4K resolution. Wireless connectivity is provided via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® Low Energy, or near-field communication (NFC).

System Benefits:

  • Vetted SoM design reduces design complexity, development time, and testing effort, allowing for faster time to market.
  • Powerful MPU with different display options (HDMI, LVDS, RGB) supports driving multiple displays in various configurations.
  • Carrier board can be optimized for each application, enabling the reuse of the SoM across different products.
