説明

ルネサスは、相互監視用のMPUとMCU、電源IC、デルタシグマ(ΔΣ)変調器、およびその他の重要なデバイスを統合した産業用モータ制御のトータルシステムを提供します。 このコンポーネントの組み合わせにより、モータ制御、産業用ネットワーキング、および機能安全に対する合理化された高性能アプローチが可能になり、産業環境での効率的で信頼性の高い運用が保証されます。

システムの利点 :

  • MPUと周辺機器を組み合わせることで高精度なシステムを構成し、外付け部品を削減します。
  • MPUのデュアルCPUコアを利用して、高精度のモータ制御と産業用イーサネット通信を実現します。
  • EtherCAT、Ethernet/IP、PROFINET IRT、OPC Unified Architecture(OPC UA)などの主要な産業用イーサネットプロトコルをサポートし、最小限の外付け部品を必要とするシンプルな構成で対応します。
  • 1つのMPUと1つのMCUで相互監視を行う機能安全システムの構築を簡素化します。
  • シマフジ電機株式会社が用意した SBEV-RZ/T2M評価ボード を搭載し、クラス最高のリアルタイム制御アプリケーション向けのソフトウェアの開発と評価が可能です。
