説明

RH850/F1KM-S2は自動車電装のボディアプリケーション用に設計されたシングルチップマイコンです。

低消費電力化を実現しつつ、内蔵フラッシュメモリは2 MB、パッケージは100 ピンから176 ピンまでの広範な領域をカバーします。また、CAN FDインタフェースを内蔵し、全製品にハードウェアセキュリティモジュールを備え、CPU動作周波数を240MHzに向上しています。
