RZ/G3Sマイクロプロセッサは、Arm® Cortex®-A55(1.1GHz)CPUとCortex-M33(250MHz)を2つCPUコアとして搭載し、16ビットLPDDR4またはDDR4インタフェース、低消費電力モードをサポートしています。 また、PCIe、CAN FD、12ビット ADCなどIoTエッジデバイスに最適なインタフェースを備えています。

Provides a CPU board equipped with the Renesas RZ/G3S, integrating a 64-bit Arm® Cortex® A55 operating up to 1.1GHz and two Arm Cortex M33 cores operating up to 250MHz to enable both application processing with Linux and real-time processing with RTOS. Integrates high-speed LPDDR4 memory and eMMC storage, supports low-power modes, and is suitable for IoT edge devices.
