説明

The SLG59H1341C is a self-powered, high-performance 70mΩ nFET load switch designed for high-side power rail applications up to 1.3A. When ON, its internal reverse-current protection quickly opens the switch if a reverse-voltage condition is detected (VOUT > VIN + 50mV). When OFF, an internal back-to-back reverse-current blocking circuit prevents reverse path leakage current.
