Overview

Description

A secure and reusable medical patch for connected healthcare provides body temperature, oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate monitoring over a secure Bluetooth® connection. This medical patch uses a rechargeable Li-ion battery for a small profile and enhanced reusability. An onboard battery charger uses a commonly available USB port for better charging accessibility.

  • Optimized for low current consumption and longer battery life using a 20mAh flexible pouch battery.
  • High-accuracy temperature sensing (±0.5 °C).
  • Photoplethysmography (PPG) and proximity sensor for monitoring of essential bio-data such as heart rate, respiratory rate and oxygen saturation (SpO2) with ±3.5% accuracy.
  • On-board Li-ion battery charger IC to recharge and monitor the battery with built-in protection features.
  • Supports firmware updates via USB.
