Description
The ability to quickly check and monitor real-time data and patient vitals in medical settings is crucial for delivering quality care and improving clinical efficiency. This bedside monitoring system is a scalable platform suitable for both cost-optimized MCU-based implementations and high-performance MPU-based implementations with advanced Edge AI applications. Various medical sensor probes can be connected directly or via an isolated link for enhanced patient protection, allowing caregivers to monitor and display readings on the bedside monitor. A wide range of connectivity options, including wired Ethernet and wireless Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) or Wi-Fi®, enables integration with back-end systems for remote monitoring and advanced notifications to ensure quick response times. Combined with the bedside monitor power supply and medical sensor probes, this design provides a complete patient monitoring and care system.
