The PM+ (Project Manager) is an integrated development environment platform to efficiently develop the user program for V850 and 78K. A series of operations of developing the user program can be performed by starting up the editor, builder, debugger, and so on from the PM+. Learn More

Values input to peripheral modules cannot be obtained unless the bit in the input buffer control register (PnICR) which corresponds to the pin is set to 1. Set the ICR bit corresponding to the pin to 1, then enable the input buffer.
