Description
The RH4Z2502 is a line driver/level shifter IC for IO-Link communication with integrated protection. It addresses the IO-Link physical layer for sensor and actuator applications. The IC includes an IO-Link stack license for use with RA2 Family MCUs. An OWI communication interface is available for device configuration and status monitoring. The output drivers support push-pull operation with an RDS(ON) below 2.5Ω across the full operating temperature range. Fabricated using a robust CMOS mixed-signal technology, the RH4Z2502 withstands short supply voltage peaks of up to 60V.
