説明
DA9215は、スマートフォン、タブレット、Ultrabook、および大電流を必要とするその他のモバイル用途アプリケーションのプロセッサコアおよびGPUレールに電力を供給する同期デュアルステップダウンコンバータです。DA9215は、FPGAへの電力供給にも適しています。
入力電圧範囲は2.8V〜5.5Vで、1セルリチウムイオンバッテリアプリケーションおよび標準の5V電源またはUSB電源の使用に適しています。DA9215は15Aおよび5Aの出力電流を供給し、Arm® Cortex-A15® / A57ファミリのマルチコア配置など、最高性能のアプリケーションプロセッサに適しています。DA9215は、多相トポロジーにより、±2.5%の優れた負荷過渡応答を持ち、高さ1mm未満のコンポーネントサイズを提供します。
