Description

Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V power supply, the SLG59H1343C is a self-powered, high-performance 70mΩ nFET load switch designed for high-side power-rail applications up to 1.5A. When turned ON, its internal reverse-current protection rapidly opens the switch if a reverse-voltage condition is detected (specifically, when VOUT > VIN + 50mV). When turned OFF, its built-in back-to-back reverse-current blocking circuit effectively prevents any reverse path leakage current.
