説明

The adoption of intraoral cameras is growing, as they help dentists visually explain conditions to patients and provide high‑quality images required for documentation and insurance claims. This portable intraoral device integrates a camera module, LED lighting, and Wi‑Fi® connectivity to capture and transmit live intraoral images or video to a tablet, smartphone, or PC. The MCU handles image acquisition and manages the Wi‑Fi network stack for real‑time streaming.

System Benefits:

  • Real‑time visualization of the patient's oral condition, making it easy to demonstrate findings on a tablet, capture and save images for case records, and enable flexible use without USB cable restrictions.
  • Low‑cost, compact design combining an MCU with ultra‑low power connectivity modules, including a Wi‑Fi network SoC and Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) for device provisioning.
  • Interoperability and scalability with Android and iOS devices without the need for additional dongles.
  • Improved patient and health care expert with understanding and comfort through clear visual feedback on oral health conditions.
