Smart Touch Panel

Overview

Description

The smart touch panel system features an ultra-low power MCU to manage a capacitive touch interface and display. It integrates an I2C air quality sensor (e.g., CO2 and TVOC), a humidity and temperature sensor, and a thermopile for non-contact temperature measurement. The MCU collects sensor data, processes it, and updates the UI on an LCD or TFT display. Optional Bluetooth Low Energy or Wi-Fi connectivity enables remote monitoring, while the system is powered through an AC input. Designed for efficiency, it supports low-power modes and provides real-time environmental feedback with user interaction through touch controls.

System Benefits:

  • The MCU features a built-in segment LCD driver with support for three LCD driving voltage generation methods: external resistance division, capacitive split, and internal voltage boost, enabling compatibility with various segment LCD panels.
  • Integrated CO2, humidity, temperature, and thermopile sensors provide real-time, precise indoor air quality and thermal data for healthier environments.
  • Low current consumption of the MCU ensures energy savings without compromising performance.
