Description
Magnetic levitation (maglev) conveyor system is a next-generation, contactless motion and control platform for smart factories. It combines NFC, industrial position sensing, microcontrollers, and advanced power and motor control technologies to deliver precise mover identification, real-time motion control, and efficient power distribution across the conveyor line. The system supports real-time motor control and industrial network connectivity, such as EtherCAT® and PROFINET®, enabling fast and synchronized operation. Its motion stage uses power devices and gate drivers to create a high-efficiency inverter for linear or rotary magnetic actuation. NFC readers and position sensors provide accurate mover tracking and feedback, eliminating mechanical encoders and enabling fully synchronized, contactless transport. A robust power architecture supplies all voltage rails, from high-voltage input to low-voltage logic, supporting scalable and energy-efficient operation.
