Elevator Control System

Overview

This comprehensive elevator control system comprises the main control board, out/call board, and in/call board combined with the Renesas AC servo solution and door control board. The entire elevator system requires stable, reliable, and real-time communication to ensure optimal safety. Renesas delivers industrial or higher-grade power (DC/DC buck regulators, LDOs), the RA MCUs, and the analog interface ICs (RS-485 transceivers, isolated photocouplers) to facilitate the development of robust elevator systems.

System Benefits​:

  • The Arduino Portenta C33 module features the Renesas Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCU supporting MicroPython and other high-level programming languages. Deploying AI-powered projects becomes quick and easy.
  • Robust RS-485 and the highest isolation performance ensure stable and reliable communication.
  • High-reliability buck and LDO provide a stable power supply.
  • Key input and LED control flexibility are provided by the GreenPAK mixed-signal devices.
  • NFC reader is used for user authentication.
