Fiscal year 2025 was marked by continued geopolitical risks and increasing uncertainty in the global economy and our business environment. In the semiconductor market, AI-related demand began to expand, while inventory adjustments and weak demand persisted in other sectors. Amid these conditions, we maintained disciplined operations and strengthened our foundation for future growth. We positioned 2025 as a “Year of Pivot” toward sustainable growth and accelerated investments in key areas under our “2035 Aspiration.” We also advanced our “Back to Basics” approach, focusing on productivity improvement, purposeful investment, and the acceleration of our UX and digitalization strategy.
In sustainability, we steadily advanced our initiatives toward achieving carbon neutrality by 2040. Under Sustainability Strategy 2.0, we strengthened governance and firmly positioned sustainability as a foundation of our business operations.
Looking ahead, we will continue our efforts toward realizing our “2035 Aspiration” and Purpose, while striving to contribute to a sustainable society and enhance long-term corporate value.
