The Renesas xEV inverter solution maximizes the HEV/EV motor performance, motor parameter calibration tool, and practical inverter hardware designs by using a combination of microcontrollers, power management ICs, gate driver ICs, insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs), and fast recovery diodes (FRD).
