Overview

Description

The RX72M Group microcontrollers are high-performance products operating at 240MHz with the RX's third-generation CPU core,"RXv3 core". Double-precision floating-point processing instructions can significantly improve processing power. It incorporates an EtherCAT® slave controller and realizes a system configuration that requires a dedicated controller on a single chip, contributing to a reduction in the number of parts and space saving.

Features

  • RXv3 Core 240MHz operation (5.82 CoreMark/MHz), double-precision FPU
  • 2.7V to 3.6V operation
  • Operating Temperature: -40 °C to 85 °C/-40 °C to 105 °C
  • Large-capacity memory: Code flash up to 4MB, SRAM 1MB
  • Dual Bank Function
  • Line up max. 224-pin LFBGA package product
  • Built-in EtherCAT slave controller
  • Supports small TFT LCD display (to WVGA)
  • Trusted Secure IP (Optional)
