The AT25XE021A is a member of our System Enhancing class of code and data storage solutions. It is designed for all system memory tasks ranging from boot/code shadowing to data logging and includes the 256-byte page Erase feature that enables efficient, lower energy datalogging.

  1. Using flash memory which is not supported devices

    Hello Dialog,  I am trying to using external flash memory from Macronix (MX25U6432F, 64 Mb flash memory), but I cannot enable it. I suspect that this devices is not supported.  Can I use flash memory devices that is not directly supported?  Thank you,  Jin-Hoon
