Current Loop Communication with AnalogPAK

Overview

Description

This system utilizes AnalogPAK™ to configure a 4 to 20mA current loop for communication between master and slave devices. AnalogPAK™ supports modulation and demodulation of communication data as a Highway Addressable Remote Transducer (HART®) modem, as well as FSK modulation at 1200Hz and 2200Hz.

System Benefits:

  • AnalogPAK™ provides a smaller size and reduced cost.
  • The SLG47011 integrates a HART modem into a single chip, allowing flexible MCU selection based on user specifications.
  • The zero-drift, ultra-low offset op amp in the SLG47003 ensures stable and high-precision signal transmission.
