Overview

Description

Water meter technology is advancing rapidly, shifting from mechanical-based systems to electronic sensors like Hall sensors and ultrasound for improved measurement and precision. A notable innovation is automated meter reading (AMR) technology, which integrates with communication standards such as LoRa, Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE), and NB-IoT.

This flow meter design is based on a tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) sensor, which enables lower power consumption and extends battery life to 5-7 years, meeting market demands. This approach combines enhanced accuracy with long-term reliability, addressing the evolving needs of modern water metering systems.
