Description

Brushless DC (BLDC) motor fans are becoming increasingly popular as they overcome the challenges of traditional AC induction motor fans, such as overheating, speed fluctuations, lack of remote control features, and inefficiency. BLDC motor fans offer higher energy efficiency, longer service life, lower power consumption, and low noise. In addition to these advantages, BLDC motors provide more than 10 levels of multi-stage speed control or stepless speed regulation, offering users greater control options.

This energy-efficient high-end BLDC electric fan design includes remote control and key control options, an LED display, and current and speed feedback for faster and more precise control.

System Benefits:

  • MCU with three-phase complementary PWM outputs suitable for BLDC motor control
  • High-performance power and analog system that utilizes Renesas AC/DC regulator, op amps, and MOSFETs to ensure quality and stability
