- 外部コントロールによるバックアップモード対応
- 動作電源電圧範囲：3.4V～50V（50V：250msec）
- 小型面実装パッケージ HTQFP-64採用
- 8ch 12-bit ADC（逐次比較型）内蔵
- SPI による設定、出力
- 入力レベル3.3V/5V 切替可能
- トレラント入力対応（シャットダウン時を除く）
AVS（Adaptive Voltage Scaling）ポートによるReg電圧の可変機能内蔵
