Description
The 6116 5V CMOS SRAM is organized as 2K x 8. The 6116 offers a reduced power standby mode.The low-power (LA) version also offers a battery backup data retention capability where the circuit typically consumes only 1μW to 4μW operating off a 2V battery. All inputs and outputs are TTL-compatible. Fully static asynchronous circuitry is used, requiring no clocks or refreshing for operation. Military grade product is available.

Project import issue, secure builder required....
I've tried to import a project into my workspace. It successfully imports, but upon build I get 'Secure builder required to compile this file'. I have a production and development license, so I'm not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Rich

basic learning program for RL78/G13
Somebody please send me some basic program for RL78/G13 i am so much confuse and also how to create delay in this controller tell me this think also.........?
