Choosing an Asynchronous SRAM
- Density: Number of bits the asynchronous SRAM can store. Renesas devices feature configurations with capacities of up to 4MB.
- Bus Width: Number of "lanes" used for reading and writing data. We offer both 8-bit and 16-bit options.
- Core Voltage: Supply voltage powering the the asynchronous SRAM is typically determined by available power rails. We support standard 5V and 3.3V options.
- I/O Voltage: Voltage used for data input and output is separate from core voltage in some devices.
- Access Time: How quickly the SRAM can perform read or write operations. Our asynchronous SRAMs deliver access times as fast as 10ns.
