Description

Modern mid- to high-end programmable logic controllers (PLCs) utilize powerful FPGAs or SoCs to enhance industrial automation equipment. This design addresses the complex power sequencing requirements of these components by integrating a general-purpose MCU with discrete DC/DC regulators featuring integrated power MOSFETs. The result is a highly scalable power sequencing system suitable for a wide range of FPGA and SoC applications. This approach ensures flexibility, and ease of use, and minimizes the risk of implementation failures, making it an ideal solution for industrial automation power management.
