Overview
Description
Smart toilets are a rapidly emerging market, with market share increasing worldwide. This design demonstrates a high‑end product featuring key functions such as seat, water, and drying cooling and heating systems, along with a sterilization function, all controlled via a remote. At its core, a 32‑bit MCU serves as a single‑chip solution for bi-directional human machine interface (HMI) and peripheral device management. The remote control utilizes a Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) SoC to provide an ultra‑compact, low‑power wireless interface connected to the button controls. The design incorporates DC/DC converters and LDOs to power the MCU, motor, and peripheral modules.
System Benefits:
- Single‑chip MCU reduces BOM cost and PCB size.
- Bluetooth LE SoC enables a compact, low‑power remote design.
- High‑performance DC/DC converters and LDOs enable precise power management.
- Photocoupler provides high‑performance signal isolation and control.
