Overview

Description

The SLG46108 provides a small, low-power component for commonly used mixed-signal functions. The user creates their circuit design by programming the one-time programmable (OTP) non-volatile memory (NVM) to configure the interconnect logic, the I/O pins, and the macrocells of the SLG46108. This highly versatile device allows a wide variety of mixed-signal functions to be designed within a very small, low-power single integrated circuit.

  1. Fast start-up mode of SLG46108 25 kHz oscillator

According to the SLG46108 datasheet (v1.15) , fast start-up mode of the 25 kHz oscillator is slower than slow start-up mode: table 10 states that the typical startup time at, say, 3 V is 0.04 µs without fast start-up mode and 8.73 µs with fast ...

  2. SLG46108 PDLY stability

Hello,  I plan to use the PDLY to generate a delay and the datasheets only mentions "Typical delay estimated". When I assume stable Vdd 5V, what is the min/max delay I can expect in the temperature range? Thanks, Lukas
