Description

The RAA788176 3V full-duplex powered RS-485/RS-422 transceiver features a high output drive and high EFT and ESD protection. The device is immune to ±3kV IEC 61000-4-4 EFT transients and can withstand up to ±10kV IEC 61000-4-2 ESD strikes without latch‑up.

The RAA78817x family includes half and full-duplex transceivers with active-high driver-enable pins and active-low receiver-enable pins. These transceivers support data rates of 250kbps, 500kbps, and 20Mbps with a performance that is characterized from -40 °C to +85 °C.
