Description
The ISLRTPFDEMO1Z is a comprehensive power management reference design tailored to meet the needs of the Microchip radiation tolerant (RT) PolarFire® SoC FPGA family. The PolarFire SoC system requires various supply rails, each with its own specific DC and AC regulation tolerances and sequencing, making the power management complex. The ISLRTPFDEMO1Z simplifies this by offering a fully qualified, radiation tolerant power management solution using Renesas' Intersil family of radiation tolerant products.
Pair the ISLRTPFDEMO1Z and the ISL71148VMREFEV2Z voltage monitor reference design with 14-bit resolution to accurately monitor all 11 core power rails of the Microchip PolarFire SoC.
