Overview
The ISLNGULTRADEMO1Z is a comprehensive power management reference design tailored to meet the needs of NanoXplore's NG-Ultra FPGA, with recommendations on how to modify the board for NanoXplore's Ultra-300 FPGA. The NG-Ultra and Ultra-300 FPGAs require various supply rails, each with its own specific DC and AC regulation tolerances and sequencing, making the power management complex. The ISLNGULTRADEMO1Z simplifies this by offering a fully qualified, radiation tolerant power management solution using Renesas' Intersil family of radiation tolerant products.
Pair the ISLNGULTRADEMO1Z and the ISL71148VMREFEV2Z voltage monitor reference design with 14-bit resolution to accurately monitor all power rails of the NG-Ultra FPGA.

- Fully qualified radiation tolerant power solution
- All power management devices are qualified to Renesas Rad Tolerant Screening and QCI Flow (R34TB0004EU)
- Designed to power NanoXplore's NG-Ultra, with modification recommendations for NanoXplore's Ultra-300
- Includes regulators for all RT PolarFire rails and DDR4 memory
- Power supply sequencing for powering up and down to increase system reliability
