Description

The SLG46116V-SKT is a socket adapter kit for use with the SLG4DVKADV GreenPAK™ Advanced Development Board or SLG4DVKLITE GreenPAK Lite Development Board. The SLG46116V-SKT includes the SLG4SA14-16x25 socket adapter and 50 SLG46116V (TQFN-14) GreenPAK programmable mixed-signal matrix IC samples.

Used with SLG46xxxX-SKT and SLG47xxxV-SKT socket kits, the GreenPAK Advanced and Lite Development Boards provide full programming, emulation, and testing functions for GreenPAK devices.

The SLG46116 combines the functionality and versatility of a GreenPAK programmable mixed-signal matrix IC with the capabilities of Renesas' Copper-based Field-Effect Transistor (CuFET) technology. Capable of integrating a number common discrete ICs and passive components into a single device, the SLG46116V enables high-power switching with a soft-start 1.25A P-Channel MOSFET with slew rate control.
