Overview

Description

The RL78/L23 capacitive touch evaluation system makes it easy for users to evaluate touch solutions offered by Renesas. You can start evaluating immediately out of the box using the board and software included in each kit.

This evaluation system has an optional circuit enabling the connection of a 16-segment, 8-digit LCD panel. To make the LCD panel removable by pin sockets, prepare pin sockets that match the pin size of the LCD panel you are using.

Features

  • Use to evaluate various touch functions (button, slider, wheel)
  • Simple prototyping
  • Use as a reference when designing boards or software
  • Easily adjust the sensitivity by using QE for Capacitive Touch
    • Easy to develop touch interfaces even for beginners with GUI
    • Easy operation with intuitive interface
    • Automatically output adjusted source code
  • RL78/L23 MCU (R7F100LPL3CFB)  mounted
  • Capacitive touch sensor (CTSU2La) terminal 36 channels available
  • 16 segments and 8 digits can be connected (LCD not included)
