Overview

Cloud connectivity is growing to be an indispensable part of the IoT to manage the zettabytes of data produced by tiny, ubiquitous IoT devices. Renesas offers two cloud kits, CK-RA6M5 and CK-RX65N, based on Renesas RA6M5 and RX65N MCUs. The cloud kits provide a complete cloud connectivity solution using Renesas MCUs, sensors, analog and power devices, and connectivity modules.

The cloud kits are supported by a comprehensive software suite including a complete software stack using Renesas software packages Flexible Software Package and RX Driver Package, and multiple cloud connectivity solutions.

The generic applications supported on CK-RAM5 and CK-RX65N are cloud agnostic.

AWS cloud applications run on FreeRTOS to connect to AWS services through AWS IoT Core. The applications use to a feature-rich custom dashboard to visualize the sensor data on the cloud kits.
