The FIVEberry baseboard is built around the MSRZFive system-on-module (SoM) to support a smooth start-up with the Renesas RZ/Five CPU architecture. The MSRZFive is an Open Standard Module compliant system-in-package (SiP) developed based on Renesas RZ Family architecture offering a high-performance 64-bit RISC-V core. The MSRZFive combines compact design and a wide range of services, bringing low power consumption, thermal efficiency, and low-cost to embedded systems.
