概要
説明
The HIP2103‑4DEMO1Z is a demonstration board with a microprocessor‑based controller used to evaluate the features of the HIP2103 and HIP2104. It supports three motor‑drive topologies: three‑phase operation for brushless DC (BLDC) motors, and full‑bridge and half‑bridge configurations for conventional brushed DC motors. Hall‑effect rotor‑position sensors are used to control the switching sequence in the BLDC topology; they are not required for brushed DC motors.
The operating bridge voltage ranges from 13V to 50V, and the maximum motor current is 20A with sufficient airflow. This demonstration board can serve as a design reference for applications such as e‑bikes, battery‑powered tools, electric power steering, wheelchairs, and other systems that utilize brushed or brushless DC motors.
