Description

This 100W AC/DC fast-charging cordless brushless DC (BLDC) motor hand blender is a lightweight, low-power system powered by a Li-ion battery, featuring multiple speed control and direction control.

  • A low-cost single-phase BLDC motor drive system reduces component count, resulting in a more compact and cost-effective design.
  • A low-power, full-bridge drive provides efficient power management and motor control.
  • The single-phase BLDC motor, controlled by an MCU for speed, duty cycle, and direction, offers enhanced versatility and user control.
  • An 8-cell battery management system (BMS) provides power protection and monitoring features, improving device performance and reliability.
  • The AC/DC 100W charger with quasi-resonant (QR) topology reduces charging time for enhanced convenience and minimizes power loss during conversion.
