Description
The eMMC/SFMA Extension Board can be used with the RH850 Generation 2 Mainboard. It provides an eMM card interface and a serial memory interface (SFMA) for external NOR or NAND serial flash memory.

- 512Mbit SFMA serial NOR flash memory
- 4GB eMMC flash memory
- Each memory can be enabled separately via a jumper
