Overview
Description
The EK-RA8T2 evaluation kit enables users to evaluate the features of the RA8T2 MCU Group and develop embedded systems applications using Renesas' Flexible Software Package (FSP) and e2 studio IDE. Users can utilize rich onboard features and their choice of popular ecosystem add-ons to realize many AI, IoT, and other applications. In addition, a bundle of example projects is provided to help users to quickly evaluate key peripherals and accelerate proof-of-concept development.
The kit features rich industrial network interfaces such as Ethernet (2 channels, supports RGMII/GMII/RMII/MII configuration), EtherCAT slave, USB Full Speed, isolated RS485/MODBUS, and CAN FD (2 channels), enabling quick development for network applications. The kit comes pre-programmed with demonstrations to showcase the excellent performance of the RA8T2, so users can evaluate the RA8T2's features immediately after unboxing.
