Description

As the industrial sector embraces digitization and connectivity, the demand for scalable, precise, and efficient data acquisition systems has increased. Traditional wired loggers face challenges such as complicated installations, limited scalability, and signal interference. This has led to a shift towards wireless data loggers, which offer greater mobility, reliability, and flexibility by eliminating the constraints of physical wiring.

This wireless multi-channel isolated data logger is designed to address these challenges by providing a robust system for accurate and scalable data acquisition. It offers multi-channel measurement for industrial networks and Wi-Fi, making it ideal for applications like data logging, data acquisition (DAQ), and recording, where precision, reliability, and easy integration are crucial.

A high-performance edge MCU is paired with a high-precision analog front-end (AFE) to ensure precise signal processing. By performing signal processing at the edge, the design significantly reduces the processing load on the host MCU, freeing it up for other critical tasks and improving overall efficiency. Integrated Wi-Fi enables seamless communication with industrial networks, supporting real-time data sharing and remote monitoring.
