Overview

Description

This fleet tracker uses GPS and LTE Cat-M1 for the growing markets in asset monitoring, telematics, transport, and logistics. Development is made easy through this hardware reference design and firmware development using RA MCU Flexible Software Package (FSP).

System Benefits:

  • The Arduino Portenta C33 module features the Renesas Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCU supporting MicroPython and other high-level programming languages. Integrates 128Mbit QSPI Flash. Ideal for IoT real-time applications.
  • Supports direct interfacing to external digital and analog inputs, and digital outputs.
  • Possesses 9 Degrees-Of-Freedom (9DOF), sensor for driver behavior monitoring.
  • Dirty power protection.
  • Logging of locations for communications in dead-zone areas.
  • Can be used for non-fleet IoT applications, as a communications adaptor board.
