R2A20133Dは、昇圧コンバータを制御し、アクティブ力率補正を行います。 R2A20133Dは、力率改善用に臨界導通モードを採用し、ゼロ電流スイッチングにより高効率と低スイッチング・ノイズを実現しています。 GND電流を利用してゼロ電流を検出するため，ZCD補助巻線は不要です。 R2A20133Dにはフィードバックループオープン検出、2モード過電圧保護、過電流保護を内蔵されており、少ない外付け部品で高信頼性の電源システムを構成することができます。
